RATAWI Photovoltaic (PV) Plant Project is a strategic renewable energy initiative undertaken by TOTAL Energies to support the Iraqi utility grid; it is located in Basra. With a total capacity of 1200MW, RATAWI will be the biggest photovoltaic project in Iraq. SAMT was subcontracted by China Energy Engineering Group Co. Ltd. to perform the Engineering Management for the PV Plant.
